So far … UPDATED after using the Sea Eagle 330 Pro Solo UPDATE – Excellent service, great kayak so far and much better than I expected! The item arrived a day earlier than expected, which was great.I decided to inflate it and leave it inflated at my house before taking it out on the water, based on other reviews, to make sure the valves were seated correctly and there were no other problems. The foot pump is easy to use (important for an old lady) and I used a hairdryer as shown in the “how to” video on the Sea Eagle web site to get the valve rings installed properly. However … neither spray skirt would stay inflated longer than a minute or two. I tried swapping the valves and using liquid soap and water to find the leaks. Didn’t put them under water, because I had already decided that I wasn’t going to keep the kayak if I had to patch brand new spray skirts.Wow! Literally within minutes after sending an e-mail to Hill Stores, Dennis called me and within another 10 minutes, arranged for…

Great Investment for a Novice Paddler I bought this package having had no previous experience with any kayak, hard-bodied or inflatable. I was looking for a cheap and easy means of getting into this great hobby without having to have a large space to store a hard-bodied kayak. Build quality of this kayak is very good and it is a nice package overall. I bought this kayak for calm water paddling on local reservoirs and rivers so I cannot comment on the whitewater capabilities of this craft. I have had it out a dozen or more times since purchase and have had no significant issues worthy of mention. In conclusion, this is your best bet if you’re looking to get into kayaking quickly and cheaply if space is a concern.

Excellent quality inflatable; Sea Eagle has great customer service and stands behind their products! Excellent quality materials and construction! Comes with a very nice pump, and it’s pretty easy to inflate and deflate. Sea Eagle stands behind their boats and you have 180 days to try it out and see if you like it. I ended up returning it and after checking it over they issued a full refund. The only things I didn’t like about it:The seat doesn’t attach to the boat at all, so it can shift around on you if you’re moving around in the boat to get in a more comfortable position. It’s also basically just a couple of rectangular air bladders in a seat-shaped heavy canvas cover. I tried different amounts of inflation to try to make it more comfortable but it’s just not ergonomically shaped. I’m 56 and have some issues with low back pain. There’s nothing to brace your feet on; your legs just lay in the bottom. My knees stiffened up and my legs went numb within just 30-45 minutes. The side pontoons sit mostly above the water, and seem to catch the wind pretty badly. I was out…
